Job Description
Deputy Title IX and Civil Rights Investigations Coordinator position at UT Southwestern. Oversees investigations, training, and educational programs to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, Campus SaVE, ADA, ADEA, SB212, and UTSW policies. Serves as a subject-matter expert and lead investigator into EEO/Civil Rights investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO/Title VII/Title IX compliance investigations
  • Subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination/sexual harassment/sexual misconduct prevention
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience investigating allegations of discrimination/sexual misconduct and/or sexual violence (preferred)
  • Experience in working with victims of sexual misconduct, domestic violence, and/or other types of trauma (preferred)
  • Experience within a healthcare, higher education, or corporate/private/in-house law firm setting (preferred)
