Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Deputy Title IX and Civil Rights Investigations Coordinator to serve as a lead investigator and oversee all aspects of investigations by the Office for Access & Title IX. The position reports to the Title IX Coordinator and requires subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws. The successful candidate will oversee the intake/triage process of Title IX and civil rights reports, develop and implement educational programs, and work with various University offices to provide guidance on EO/Civil Rights and Title IX compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO/Title VII/Title IX compliance investigations.
  • Subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws is required.
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination/sexual harassment/sexual misconduct prevention is required.
