Deputy Title IX and Civil Rights Investigations Coordinator responsible for leading investigations, training staff, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO/Title VII/Title IX compliance investigations
  • Subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination/sexual harassment/sexual misconduct prevention
