Job Description
The Civil Rights Investigations Coordinator serves as a lead investigator and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of investigations and ensuring a timely and effective response to concerns of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO/Title VII/Title IX compliance investigations
  • Subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws is required
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination/sexual harassment/sexual misconduct prevention is required
