Job Description
The Civil Rights Investigations Coordinator serves as a lead investigator and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of investigations by the Office for Access & Title IX. The position requires a subject-matter expert on requirements of and compliance with Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, Campus SaVE, ADA, ADEA, SB212, UTSW policies, and related federal and state laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO/Title VII/Title IX compliance investigations.
  • Subject matter expertise with Title VII, Title IX, and related federal and state laws is required.
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination/sexual harassment/sexual misconduct prevention is required.
