Design Administrative Coordinator

The Design Administrative Coordinator provides support to Project Engineers, engineers, and designers in the Project Engineering and Design Services groups. The role involves producing PDF packages, tracking progress, and communicating with reviewers. The Coordinator will also perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including gathering, composing, and organizing information.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the Design Administrative Coordinator include tracking progress of design packages, distributing review files via email, communicating with reviewers, and preparing and assembling design output packages. The Coordinator will also utilize personal computers and electronic devices, including keyboarding, databases, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• High School Diploma / GED and professional, administrative, secretarial or clerical experience related to the position’s responsibilities
