Job Description
We're looking for a Design & Development Coordinator to interpret customer prints and requirements, create CAD drawings, and launch parts into production.

Requirements

  • Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and apply strong math skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (CNC a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams
