Role Overview

Reporting to the Visual Design, Arts & Archives Manager, the Design and Production Specialist supports the creation and production of event and graphics for Douglas County Libraries (DCL). This role collaborates across departments to develop signage, displays, and visual materials that enhance customer engagement and align with DCL’s brand and design standards.

What You Will Do

Designs and produces graphics for signage, exhibit design support, event décor, and branded collateral, delivered across both print and digital formats. Leads event décor design and preparation for signature events, coordinating setup, transport, and installation across DCL locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of graphic and event decor design production experience
  • Basic skills in Microsoft 365 or other productivity, collaboration, and cloud-based services software
