Job Description
UT Southwestern is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Renovations & Minor Construction team. We're looking for someone with a strong background in project management for renovation, design, and construction of hospital and/or research facilities. As a Project Manager for our healthcare facilities, you'll work under the general direction of the Senior Manager of Construction, taking the lead on multiple impactful renovation, design, and/or construction projects, typically valued up to $4 million, with opportunities to manage even larger initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4 years of project management/construction experience required with a Bachelors degree
  • Equivalent industry related experience and knowledge without a degree
  • Design and Construction experience with academic healthcare and/or research facilities and/or project management/construction management experience with a focus in healthcare, academic, and/or research facilities
