Role OverviewJoin Havertys In Home Design as a Design Consultant Intern to gain interior design experience and build a lifelong career. As a top Design Student or Recent Graduate, you will work with our Store Manager and Interior Designer to learn the Havertys In Home Design Room Creation process in real-life situations.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include working with measured rooms, creating complete designs, reviewing the HD Presentation process, and presenting your plan to the HD/Manager. You will also gain a clear understanding of the Havertys In Home Design processes.

Requirements
- Interior design degree from an accredited college or university
- Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in interior design
- Positive and engaging personality
- Creative flare and energetic attitude
- Familiarity with a broad range of furniture styles and products
- Computer proficiency including email experience
- Knowledge and use of Office 365 software
- Tablet/iPad operation abilities
