Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across our organization. The Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners. This role is responsible for keeping design information organized, coordinating deliverables, tracking revisions, and helping ensure that projects move efficiently from concept through execution.

What You Will Do

Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders, organize design files and documentation, track deliverables and deadlines, and support project schedules. Review design documentation for completeness and consistency, coordinate comments and revisions, and serve as a central point of communication for design-related information. Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and document-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, or other technical/design documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools
