Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across our organization. The Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners. This role is responsible for keeping design information organized, coordinating deliverables, tracking revisions, and helping ensure that projects move efficiently from concept through execution.

What You Will Do

Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders. Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation. Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals. Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials. Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents. Work closely with project managers and design leads to support project schedules and deliverables. Coordinate meetings, design reviews, presentations, and follow-up actions. Serve as a central point of communication for design-related information.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and document-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, or other technical/design documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools
