Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across our organization. The Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners. This role is responsible for keeping design information organized, coordinating deliverables, tracking revisions, and helping ensure that projects move efficiently from concept through execution.
What You Will Do
Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders, organize design files and documentation, track deliverables and revisions, and coordinate distribution and review of design materials. Work closely with project managers and design leads to support project schedules, track milestones, coordinate meetings and design reviews, and follow up on tasks. Review design documentation for completeness and consistency, coordinate comments and revisions, and maintain revision histories and approval records. Serve as a central point of communication for design-related information, coordinating with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field
