Role OverviewThe Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners, keeping design information organized and coordinating deliverables.

Coordinate design activities, track design deliverables, and maintain accurate records of design documents. Work closely with project managers and design leads to support project schedules and deliverables.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and document-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, or other technical/design documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools
