What You Will Do
Lead design for agency projects, own projects from concept to final delivery, and mentor and develop designers through clear feedback and thoughtful critique.

Requirements
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams at a senior level in a digital agency, design studio, or in-house creative team
- A digital-first portfolio that showcases both craft and process, from early exploration through final execution
- Strong hands-on skills across brand, visual design, and UI, including wireframing and prototyping
- Experience building a design system or visual framework from the ground up
- Ability to present and stand behind design decisions with senior stakeholders
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with collaboration tools like Notion and Miro
