Buck Mason is looking for a full-time Design Director specializing in women's wovens. The ideal candidate has a love of the timeless classics and a passion for interpreting garments for the modern customer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in luxury, designer, or high-end contemporary womenswear
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing design teams
  • Exceptional taste level with a strong, point-of-view aesthetic
  • Deep knowledge of garment construction, pattern, and fit
  • Advanced understanding of fabrics, particularly woven textiles and leather
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset
