Job Description
EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) is a specialized division of EnerSys—a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. As a Design Engineer at EAS, you will be responsible for battery design and engineering analyses on molten salt batteries, working with a dynamic team to create design solutions that meet customer requirements and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Solid Works and AutoCad
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of ANSYS
  • Analysis software (COSMOSM or ProMechanica)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities, military, industry, and federal standards
  • Supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (a plus)
