Role OverviewThis role is a hybrid position that requires working on-site at the Warren Tech Center at least three days per week. The Design Group Manager will lead a team of Interior Engineering Designers and DLTs/Design TSs in the Seating Design group, providing technical leadership and guiding the team to successful execution of vehicle programs.
What You Will Do
The Design Group Manager will be responsible for staffing, communicating, training and development, directing and prioritization of work, evaluating performance and removing roadblocks. They will also provide technical leadership and guide the team to successful execution of vehicle programs with strong technical solutions.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Design, including leadership experience
