The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Firefly to experiment, iterate, and scale new ways of working, moving beyond theory to practical application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related degree, or direct and applicable work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in a design or a similar role as well as using content management systems in a production, deadline-driven environment
  • Some experience leading photo shoots for large scale projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to lead and/or mentor other creative professionals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to give and take feedback in a constructive manner
