Role OverviewThe Design Lead will lead the bring-up, integration, and debugging of electrical, firmware, software, and mechanical subsystems to develop complex, high-performance products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive solutions, characterize, validate, and calibrate system performance, and define, develop, and support production test processes.
What You Will Do
The Design Lead will perform root cause analysis of system-level failures, provide corrective action recommendations, and collaborate with design teams to implement long-term solutions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and optimize production test methodologies.

Requirements
- Strong experience in system integration, bring-up, and debugging of hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical systems
- Solid knowledge of embedded systems, computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and electronics
- Hands-on experience with PCB bring-up, sensors, instrumentation, microcontrollers (Arduino or similar), and server-based systems
- Expertise in root cause analysis, system validation, calibration, and production test development
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
