Role Overview

The Design Manager will lead the team responsible for the design of tenant improvement projects in the Americas (AMER) portfolio. This role will work closely with the Design & Construction (DSE & C) teams, the Workplace Guidelines & Standards team, and the Regional Portfolio Management (RPM) team. The Design Manager will oversee Design Managers working on multiple projects, most of which have very tight delivery timelines.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the Design Managers responsible for tenant improvement projects, align the design of each project to the overall concept for Corporate Workplace, and inform Guidelines and Standards team on design elements needed to translate into global functional Guidelines.

Requirements

  • Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms
  • Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
  • Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
  • 8+ years of design program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
