We are looking for a highly self-motivated professional with a professional degree in architecture and 4-10 years of post-graduate experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office, a refined design sensibility, and a commitment to pushing new design frontiers at the intersection of social equity and environmental sustainability.
What You Will Do
As a Design Professional with us, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop design concepts, working in a highly collaborative manner with subconsultants and stakeholders, and taking ownership of the accuracy and completeness of construction documents.

Requirements
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
- 4-10 years of post-graduate architectural experience
- Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office
- Successful production of construction documents on a variety of project types
- Contribution to projects requiring high-level interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Refined design sensibility with capacity to generate compelling presentations, graphics, diagrams, and renderings
