Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience focused specifically on design roles
  • Deep familiarity with the design landscape
  • Experience hiring at a fast-moving startup or high-growth tech company
  • Strong ability to build trust with designers and creative leaders
  • Skilled at sourcing passive candidates
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using an ATS and recruiting analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
