Job Description
Design Sales Manager position responsible for ensuring company sales goals are met, managing a team of Design Consultants, and collaborating with the GM and Operations Team to deliver high standard of customer service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a Sales Management role
  • Industry experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success as a sales coach and mentor, fostering team development and growth
  • Strong skills in effectively managing and resolving conflicts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Outstanding ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with design fundamentals preferred; experience with CAD is a plus
