Job Description
Design Solutions Specialist needed to join Smithbucklin's team in Chicago or Washington D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, specifically PowerPoint and SharePoint Online. The role requires the ability to turn complex ideas into clear and visually dynamic stories, and to deliver efficient and functional digital solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of professional PowerPoint and SharePoint design experience in an agency, corporate marketing, or professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with advanced knowledge of layouts, templates, and data visualization
  • Working knowledge of M365, particularly SharePoint Online and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workplace tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies applied to business productivity and content management
