Job Description
At Nox Group, we seek a Design Superintendent to oversee the development of Design Coordinators and ensure consistent execution of processes, procedures, and quality standards across the design department.

Requirements

  • Mentor and train Design Coordinators
  • Support Design Coordinators in setting and reinforcing daily and weekly priorities
  • Assist in workforce planning and address HR and employee-related issues
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all design processes and workflows are followed consistently
  • Support the Director of Design in rolling out new standards, tools, or process updates
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and give feedback
  • Oversee QA/QC practices and conduct regular checks of design outputs
