Job Description
Rundoo is a startup that empowers independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. They're seeking a Design Systems Designer to own and evolve their design system, audit and rebuild their Figma web and mobile component libraries, and evangelize the system and advocate for consistency. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and a hands-on builder who can bring order to complexity and knows how to bring engineers along for the ride.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent working on or contributing to a design system
  • Figma proficiency, including auto layout, component variants, design tokens, etc.
  • Solid understanding of how design systems bridge to frontend implementation via CSS and component-based frameworks like React
  • Well-versed in web and mobile best practices and how they differ across platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where process & priorities shift frequently
