Role OverviewAs a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met and promoting independence in performing essential life skills.
What You Will Do
You will monitor and maintain each individual's plan and financial records, supervise and support Direct Support Professionals, and develop positive working relationships with counties, families, and community organizations.

Requirements
