Role OverviewThe Designer supports the architectural design team through all phases of a project, from concept through construction administration. This role assists with design development, Revit modeling, construction documentation, and presentation materials while ensuring design intent, quality, and adherence to accessibility codes and office standards.
What You Will Do
Assist in project design documentation using Revit, including 3D modeling and material research. Prepare and organize working drawings and basic “block-out” drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations). Support design development and construction documents across all project phases.

Requirements
- Architectural degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 1 year of architectural design experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, including advanced editing, drawing setup, and file management
- Understanding of construction documents, drawing organization, and architectural terminology
- Familiarity with CAD/Revit fundamentals such as layers, plotting, dimensions, viewports, and file maintenance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Professional, respectful demeanor with clients, consultants, and team members
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
