Role OverviewAs a Designer II, you will contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design. You will assist in generating creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
What You Will Do
You will generate drawings under supervision for schematic design, design development, and construction documents. You will perform product research and assist the team with material selections. You will exercise critical and creative judgement and design application skills in preparing client presentation materials.

You will take increasing ownership of tasks within project teams and studio activities. You will participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups. You will keep open communication within the team and with the designated team leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design
- Preparing for ARE and active involvement in AXP
