Job Description
This Desktop Support Engineer will support and engineer enterprise desktop environments to ensure stability, security, and performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in desktop engineering and support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications
  • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and security principles
  • Experience integrating storage, networking, and Endpoint technologies
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools including Jira
  • Knowledge of MDM platforms and endpoint management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
