Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and collaborative approach
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Experience using ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS fundamentals)
Foundational cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing awareness)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
