Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and collaborative approach
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Experience using ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS fundamentals)
  • Foundational cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing awareness)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
