Seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver on-site technical support within a dynamic corporate environment.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of interacting with a variety of hardware and software platforms, including Microsoft Windows operating systems and device drivers.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration.
  • Work authorization to be employed on a W-2 basis.
