Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support across our automotive manufacturing facility. This role is critical to keeping plant floor systems, office IT, and production-adjacent technology running with minimal downtime.
What You Will Do
Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, email, authentication, VPN, and common business applications.

Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in desktop, technical, or IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and IT ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Ability to prioritize issues based on business and production impact.
