Role OverviewAs a Desktop Support Specialist, you'll support the technology that powers our engineering and production operations, helping keep cutting-edge manufacturing running at its best. You'll solve complex challenges, improve systems, and enable our teams to deliver mission-critical products that must work the first time, every time.
What You Will Do
You'll provide hands-on technical support for desktop computing environments, end-user devices, and local Information Technology systems. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other endpoint technologies.

Requirements
- U.S. person within the definition of ITAR
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of desktop support, technical support, or related Information Technology experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, desktop hardware, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, and endpoint technologies
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, user account administration, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities within a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to effectively utilize enterprise business applications, operating systems, technical tools, and job-related technologies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment regarding organizational and technical information
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, technical documentation, and safety requirements
