Job Description
Desktop Support Specialist responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of end user computing equipment and peripheral equipment at corporate locations. Onsite support and technical assistance provided to end users.

Requirements

  • Troubleshooting and repair of end user computing equipment
  • Performing PC Refresh activities
  • Providing onsite support to Authorized Users
  • Resolving incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
  • Supporting Authorized Users connecting to corporate network
  • Providing repair and maintenance for mobile devices
  • Installing, upgrading, and repairing EUC equipment
  • Providing software break/fix services
  • Providing network printers and scanner network connectivity
  • Providing warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners
  • Providing VIP support for equipment
  • Providing on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting and problems
  • Providing Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) and audio video meeting support
