Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Desktop Support Specialist for a full-time position providing tiered IT support operations at Carl R. Darnell Army Medical Center (CRDAMC).

Requirements

  • Deliver the full array of services, staff, and expertise to operate and maintain Help Desk functions
  • Develop and update a knowledgebase to assist Help Desk personnel
  • Perform stress and performance tests on computer hardware
  • Map network drives, install peripherals, and set up PC's and peripheral components
  • Participate in Inventory control procedures and weekly technical meetings
  • Utilize specialty tools such as Olympus for printer and device management
  • Support Incident, Problem, and Request Management processes leveraging the ITIL service framework
