Job Description
The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical support for desktop services and systems for the NYC Department of Finance, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for desktops and laptops. The role involves constructing, installing, and testing customized configurations, assessing and implementing performance upgrades, and collaborating with technology team members to resolve security issues. The technician will also create and maintain working logs and assist in creating training materials for computer troubleshooting and usage.
