Role Overview

MedFlight is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, and collaborating with the IT team to improve system reliability and security.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and travel to remote locations to provide onsite technical support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree, technical training, or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Two years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests while providing exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote MedFlight locations as needed
