Job Description
The Desktop Support Technician I will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and maintain internal knowledge base documentation. Experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS is required.
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain basic technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience supporting modern computer hardware (desktops/laptops)
Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
Practical, logical troubleshooting skills for basic technical issues
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and procedures
