Job Description
The Maryland Office of the State Prosecutor is seeking a Detailed Legal Support Officer to work full-time in the Office of the United States Attorney (USAO) for the District of Maryland, providing paralegal and administrative support for criminal investigations and litigation.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Three years of administrative staff or professional work
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with victims, witnesses, and law enforcement
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer applications, specifically the Microsoft suite and Adobe Acrobat
