Role OverviewThe Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures program, services, staffing, and facility meet minimum acceptable standards. This includes organizing monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (QCI) meetings, completing reports, and updating policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with clients to develop treatment plans, conducting individual and group sessions, and maintaining necessary documentation.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include completing monthly and quarterly reports, organizing QCI meetings, setting agendas, recording minutes, and completing CQI reports. Additionally, you will assist supervisors with implementing Quality Improvement Plans, attend Safety Committee meetings, and update policy and procedure manuals.

You should also have at least one year of clinical/internship experience working with vulnerable populations and possess addiction and treatment knowledge.
Requirements
- Valid certification under the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA)
- Licensed under the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- At least one year of clinical/internship experience working with vulnerable populations
- Addiction and treatment knowledge, including evidenced based models of treatment modalities, crisis intervention, case management, recovery, and 12 step principles
- CPR/First Aid certification or in the process of obtaining
