Role OverviewThe Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, supporting, and maintaining IT platforms and services owned by the INFOPS Application Development team. This role includes contributing to the day-to-day operation of critical platforms, performing maintenance activities, assisting with platform upgrades, and supporting internal application teams.
What You Will Do
Assist with the maintenance, operation, and support of GitHub Enterprise, support the development, configuration, and lifecycle management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Codefresh, provide hands-on operational support for Artifactory, and contribute to the build and maintenance of GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.

Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience administering or supporting MongoDB or PostgreSQL platforms deployed on Kubernetes-based environments
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh, and Git-based workflows
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and automation tooling (e.g., Helm, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot distributed systems issues with guidance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Motivation to continuously learn new technologies and expand technical skill sets
