Role OverviewThe Developer Relations Manager will own the developer journey, from first hearing about Higgs to shipping a production voice agent on it. This is a hands-on role that requires building with our models, explaining them clearly, finding where developers get stuck, and working with research and engineering to fix it.
What You Will Do
The role involves making the first hour great by creating quickstarts, notebooks, sample apps, and API walkthroughs that take a developer from an API key to first audio in minutes. It also involves building reference applications, owning ecosystem integrations, and being the technical voice in public.

Requirements
- 5+ years in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or software engineering
- Strong Python, plus working comfort with JavaScript or TypeScript, REST and WebSocket APIs, and async and streaming code
- Hands-on experience building and shipping applications on AI APIs or models
- Clear, engaging technical writing and speaking
- The judgment to prioritize across content, community, and product feedback, and to work independently in a fast-moving startup
