Role OverviewThis role manages a portfolio of developing communities (7-18 communities) for CCMC, a customer service and communication company in the property management industry. The position involves advising developers on HOA decisions, managing vendors, and overseeing community operations.
What You Will Do
Manage all vendors within each community and ensure contractual obligations are met. Inspect sites twice monthly, visit sales offices to provide HOA information, and draft community records. Run board and community meetings, including twice-yearly Town Halls, and handle communications like newsletters and Eblasts.

Requirements
