Job Description
This position will play a vital role in supporting the Development Team in the analysis and execution of new, ground-up Student Housing development projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience as an analyst or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
