Role OverviewJoin Conservation X Labs as a Development Associate to support the smooth operations of our development and executive team. This role is critical to the success of our mission to end extinction. You will work at the center of a passionate, impact-driven non-profit organization, managing data and contact management systems, and utilizing technology tools to maintain donor information.
What You Will Do
As a Development Associate, you will support the President and CEO in fundraising efforts, coordinate fundraising around priority programs, manage donor cultivation, and utilize technology tools to maintain donor information. You will also track and support program milestones, research prospective donors, and assist in generating reports and data analysis.

Requirements
- Ability to commute at least three days a week to our office in Washington, DC
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills and broad understanding of ways of working in a small office

- Excellent written skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, Google office suite, Airtable
