Role Overview

The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers. The internship is an 8–10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development.

What You Will Do

Assist with project due diligence, permitting efforts, contractor procurement, construction administration, and analyzing project budgets. Collaborate with Development Managers, Construction Managers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Environmental Consultants, Utility Providers, and Municipal Agencies throughout all phases of industrial real estate development.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
