Job Description

We are seeking a Development Engineer to oversee and manage the intricate process of developing and ensuring the quality of auto parts manufacturing.

Requirements

Customer Business Development Plan Review
Coordinate and participate in Commencement Mold Start Review Meetings
Validate mass production feasibility
Prepare and present Completion Reports for Mass Production Development
Oversee and approve manufacturing processes for components
Conduct thorough inspections of components
Develop and execute logistics and supply plans for mass production
Establish plans for Corrective and Preventive Actions
Review and analyze inspection results of 2/3rd party supplier parts and processes
Check and evaluate the fluidity of CAPA analysis performance
Monitor and assess the operation status of outsourced parts, certification agencies, and parts logistics
Lead transfer meetings for mass production and execute logistics and supply plans accordingly
Conclude the development phase by ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (PSO) and compiling a comprehensive Completion Report
