As a Development Engineering Technician, you will help execute engineering experiments, troubleshoot material issues, and support technology development programs that directly impact customer and internal R&D success.

Support development work in real time, troubleshoot and resolve issues, execute engineering experiments, build broad fab expertise, create and improve technical documentation, drive continuous improvement, grow your independence, and support team objectives.

Requirements
- 2 years experience with an AAS degree or 4 years experience without a degree
- Technician experience in a semiconductor fab or relevant cleanroom/manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processing in at least one area: Photo, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, or Implant/RTA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Ability to work B Shift (Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6:00 PM–6:15 AM)
